Adolescence is a time of rapid physical and psychological changes, anxiety and feelings of uncertainty. The lives and moods of adolescents vary a lot. At this point, adolescents often need help with the difficulties they are facing.

In psychotherapy our goal is to alleviate symptoms, to intervene in the system in which the problem occurs and to optimize their healthy development in adulthood. We use methods adapted to the needs of their age, we create a safe environment of acceptance and intervention, where they can express what hinders their normal psychosocial development and makes it difficult for them to adapt to the family and social environment. Thus, we contribute to the treatment and rehabilitation of the problem that arose.
